1 less in smiting only costs about 1 dmg as opposed to 16. You aren't maxing out Holy Wrath unless you have 870hp anyway, so you arent losing...
EOTN first. You get level 20 heroes right off the bat, and access to most of the best skills at the eotn outpost. That will make NF super easy....
