It's gotta be correct. I have only 6 beast mastery on my pvp ranger and it gives +150 health.

Not enough to keep me from using it. In pvp I can see your point, but in pve there's not any real problems with the extra dmg mobs get.

Try it in underworld where the damage numbers are larger. See if you get a reduction there. (Not sure if mobs have armor piercing dmg or armor...

Combine barrage with favorable winds. It makes for quite nice aoe dmg in PvE and is also great for pvp (especially when groups tend to ignore...

Damn that looks nice.

While I doubt extra models would be added I do really like this idea.
