Yo the damage radius is 500 meters, if you look at the bottom. So everything on screen dies.
Like i said, for strength req the cheapest is about 50k
Sell between the trader buy and sell price.
Armor +5 is best combo to have with -10 armor, dont change it. I think you could get 75k for it at least.
hells preicipice is the last mission, then its just a few quests.
