I would classify it as a financial loss from the victim and a gain by the theif, soi would call it a crime.

Most items in the game have fallend to being worth nothing, so its should be easy to find itms in your range. A general tip is to go for a 20/20...

HM outside gate of kryta CAN work as a W/Mo, but using skills (VxK) from other campigns and in different spots helps.
