I don't think people are bidding on the canes because of the -1 energy regen. Sure you get +13 energy, but that -1 is a nasty little thing.

His cane has a lower req. for use (9 Illusion). The dom req is relevant since you need to meet it to get full benefit from the mods and damage....

Only mod is +3 energy while hp is over 50%
