Aggressive Refrain wins in both situations because it's non-elite and allows you to take a useful elite skill on your bar. Imo.

SF / SS works much better compared to 55/SS. You can aggro as many enemies as you want, and you can clear the whole chamber as well.

The point of the coins are to make it so that you have to put some effort into something you want now.

No lag here all day, I think it's an issue on your end rather than A-Net's.
