It's not really my place, but you should also check out Asuran Recurve Bows; they've got the tormented look (imo) and is worth a mention

It works, but it's not very effective.

They also can't heal, deal damage, or hex while knocked down

In PvE, the shutdown that occurs with pretty much disabling a whole mob for 9 seconds is tremoundous when compared to firestorm's weak damage...

unplayable here too, and I'm in canada... Happens on all servers + in the gh; don't think it's an area-specific issue.
