I'm pretty sure they could have achieved that feeling without having 6 quests that are nothing more than chasing after groups of Afflicted.

These afflicted aren't significantly harder than anything we've faced before. A few of the quests put us into difficult situations, but...

Togo never came across as strict to me.
To be fair, the first two quests on Shing Jea are more interesting and the Marketplace quest is a change of pace.

I doubt it. EBSoH hasn't triggered on armour ignoring damage in the past and I doubt it'll trigger on it now, much less on Life Steal....
