Yeah, you got to farm the few Sensali in the mountain in Sunqua. There aren't too many, but the scalps drop fairly ok.

Spent half an hour trying to get an essence drop in Adashim, this is painful like pulling teeth (much like Pillaged Goods week).

Did a run through Sunqua Vale, Jaya Bluffs and Boreas Seabed, but couldn't spot him anywhere in those places.

I guess that could have been the case. At the time I had the impression the guild wasn't brand new though.
