I don't think you'd have trouble getting 40k-ish for it.

q9 15^50 Half Moon hasn't been remotely close to 30e since I've been playing. More like 15k.

I assume by the mod that it's blue, so probably 10-12k. Command is more popular, so the same skin in 7/15 Com would be quite a bit more.
Might be able to get 10k for it I suppose. Your best bet might be to hang onto it and see if ANet updates the Para.
