Not really, not anymore... only higher damage (6-25+) are really worth something now... you could probably get a few k, but not like... lots...
I would go with AncientPC's check on this. It's usually -5k -> Merchant Sell. I bought 2 of them over the weekend at -3k Merchant Sell....
20-25k or so? Spatha's aren't really desired and I can't see this being more than the value of the Vamp Hilt by much.
