I'd say 150k or so and that's a stretch, non-perf enchanting mod on req10 isn't really that great. It's still fairly rare though.
Less than the fortitude imo. 8% isn't really that great, and many people prefer quicker recharge over quicker cast.
Zealous upgrade may fetch 2k or so. Rest of the options are worthless.
