Actually you cant have over 10 pips of regen...its the same thing as the degen..if you get degen then the extra regen kicks in,but you cant have...

15-20k There hard to sell these days though.

Degen caps at -10.If the person has regen though(say they have 3+ regen and you have 13 degen on them) they will still get max degen.
