I look at it this way... Concept art makes better desktop backgrounds.
I wasn't speaking of the sylvari, I was speaking of the big green Druid that takes up more that half the image.
Wow, all the whining and complaining, from hundreds of people. Then the concept art comes along...and four people post about it. Sad. All in all...
