/notsigned revert the nerf completely and nerf it other way around, so that it doesn't work for e/me and mo/me, but still works for me/...
i hate mesmer skills being nerfed since a while. now they've nerfed two mantras cause they were overused by e/me and mo/me. what about people...
so, killed some of the mesmer lovers. i mean, cop was overpowered in cryways, sure, but was quite fine when vqing with h/h or something. moving...
it's rather easy, really, unless you reaaaally want to complete it on clean paragon. i can easily farm tokens with clean mesmer with two pve...
craft em and add mods i guess.

You can basically farm a lot with ele later if you need money - one and two, plus there are several builds for the UW. You can tank, even elite...
Ok then - to be able to successfuly farm/ect, you need everything =) Would be just easier to check here yourself anyway.
