PB reduces damage. Damage is calculated by effective dmg x defensive adjustment (meaning initial dmg x armor level). So armor (with SY) is taken...

I trade large amounts of gold/items between my accounts without reciprocate offers all the time, no problem yet.

Also, the great thing about missions in Prophecies is that you can complete bonuses separately, without needing to complete the mission.
