Yes, for the reasons you described. It's annoying to finally get a good team in RA only to get wiped by a sync team. This would probably help...

I wouldn't mind this for PvE, it's less imba than a lot of PvE skills, after all. But... 1. Monks shouldn't be ressing during combat....
I have noticed that zkeys have been increasing in price. While XTH was up, they were about 3.8k and dropping. Now, I see them for a consistant...
