Did you try any other game? Try reinstalling your drivers etc... If it is consistent through all your games it may be your Gfx card.
Did it use to be quicker? I am assuming your playing GWF. GWF uses dx9 Rendering, and the 6200 line is the lowest end card that supports dx9...
