nope its like armor. its customized to you so you CAN give it to someone, it just wont do them any good because they cant wear it/have it put into...
i agree with shadow. they are about 30~35e
el mad king thorn tonics are not 200e+ more like 85e or so. also you forgot all the strongbox el tonics.
i bought my el anton for 20e and my el razah for 20e. hope this helps
