It will be out when cahpeter 2 (new expansion) is out next year. You have to BUY the expansion to be able to play it.

Why do not you just use them for PvP. there is no need to delete them. If there are skills that you have not unlocked in PvE they won't show...

Just to note, if you delete a character and created the same exact character with the same name, you still cannot wear any armor from the old...
