Weird Rune Problem

I actually got the rune from a friend a week ago, but I assume he had it for a while before giving it to me....I'm not 100% sure though.

Well the problem is I don't know if this is a Superior Absorption or Minor. The name says Superior but the Icon says Minor. I dol believe...

I would suggest start collecting wood then craft Parchment out of it. It's much more efficient. It still involves waiting for the right time...

I found the same tapestry sherd somewhere around Fisherman's Haven. I guess the quest isn't done yet....but I'm almost sure that...
