I assume it's 16 armor? If yes, then about 70-80k. If it's only 15 armor, then 10-15k.

Not much, best is Pyroclastic which is some 5-10k and Mursaat Hammer, ~5k, the rest are merch fodder imo. Glowing Runic maul might be worth a...

About 30e for one, possibly as high as 35e. q13, q12 and q11 go for the same price nowadays...
