At 350k you can buy a q9 one (you got ~52e, and with a bit of searching you can find one at that price). A q13 is ~25e, maybe 30e.

Are you sure those are the mods? Because both 5en and 15^50 are inherent mods, and I can't see how both can be on the same weapon. Check again...
