Dragon Spire staff is very common, and at q11 and q13 inspiration it's definetly merch fodder. Dolyak Prod staff should be some 3-4k....
The Oaken Aegis and the Summit Hammer are merch fodder. Ornate Buckler should fetch you some 50-60k.

It's a monomod shield, so it's merch fodder. The skin may add a lot of value to an item, but if the item does not have all mods, it does...

Heket should be ~2-3k, Jora ~40k imo.
Yep, they're so rare that the seller usually names his price. Agree with above.
Monomod weps are always merch fodder, sorry.
