20e seems a bit much, seeing as you can buy one for ~90k. But it is attainable when selling, you'll just have to wait a little or get lucky.
q9 str insc. Guardian Of The Hunt AR16 - ~40k. q9 tact insc. Amethyst Aegis AR16 - ~30-40k imo. q10 insc. Ceremonial Daggers 7-17 - maybe some 5k....
Worth some 45e atm.
Even Cristallines without an inherent sell, that one could get some 30k imho.
The staff is awesome. I sold one with those exact stats (but it was Zodiac) for ~130e. Not sure if Outcast staves are more exp as a rule than...

Can get some 15-20k for a q9 str gloom, they are still pretty cool. Yours should fetch some 5k imo.
Air is not that wanted and q13 really hurts it, too. I think some 20-30k for the CC, but wait for more opinions on this.
