As a primary paragon, I can tell you that the paragon heals are absolutely terrible. They aren't worth using at all. Paragon spear damage...
I never said it was one of the most interesting builds, just one of the best . To be fair, spirit spamming is incredibly boring too.
Definitely ritualists and necromancers. Spirit spam and Minion master builds are the best builds in the game.
