How about healing icon or protective icon? Any collector for those?

The collector in piken square gives a good sword for fighting charrs. You will need to exchange it with 3 charr carving which can easily be found.

That's one of competition arenas. You can only start playing from the arena island west to the guild hall which you can go from LA's port....
