Does anyone really know the extent of the power that the Scepter of Orr holds? Perhaps it does have the power to turn the wielder into a lich....

One dye to rule them...err, yea. Basically what this would do is combine with a colored dye to produce an effect like the chaos gloves or chaos...

While farming forgotten seals for Nick, I came up with 1 superior vigor, 2 minor vigors, a black dye and about 5 or 6 golds. Not a bad hour.
