Tactics. I bought one with 29 HP, -2 (stance) 7 req, but I would REALLY like to get a perf health of 30 on it.

Thats happend to all of my perf mods off rares(from chests, none have EVER salvaged, usually gave me 2-3 wood/iron or something ><
