Which direction would that be from the little town? North? Could you post a pic of where it is exactly?

I've been through the gates of Krtya mission several times, and got "Oink" to follow me to the villager guy, and then the thing popped...

You can get the Signet of Capture in Lion's Arch as well as purchase as many as you want in Quarrel Falls (I believe).

On just about all targets below level 12 I do base damage of 60-70+ with my bow, then I put on Kindle Arrows/Penetrating Attack/Power...

They should be avalible from all the merchants in post-searing, but you can find bags arounds from collecters and the like sometimes.

Right now my skills are: Ether Feast (+13) Inspired Hex Incendiary Arrows Power Shot Penetrating Attack Hunters Shot Antidote Signet Troll Ungunet...

Heh, but the Galrath quest also gets you several k XP just getting there ^^ But I hated it soo bad for a measly 500 XP reward.

What ticks me is that on the level 28 monsters I rarely get more than 18XP a kill :/

Mesmers own if played right, as well as if you have good bow skills to use on him, you can easily deal 100+ damage.

Hell, I'd just lke to have a world map that's included!
