The req's are mediocre at 10, but the 10% skill recharge is nice. In its present form, I'd guess 15k+ starting price.

The base staff is pretty much perfect (casting/skill reacharge mods both 10%, max dmg). The attached mods are mediocre but upgradable. If I had to...
As a rough guess... 300k+ given all perfect mods except for req's, which is still good at 10... PS: Edited since I miread damage bonus as...
