When soloing most bosses with my assassin, I tend to use a warrior secondary, mainly for Wild Blow, Glad's Defense, Bonetti's, Heal Sig...

Zealous is the more practical dagger mod. Adding a 20/20 sundering mod would probably be a waste given the dagger's high requirement.
