Get a good guild, then you got people to play with. Also FoW, UW, DoA, Canthan Elite Missions etc. are usually still subject to "heroless"...

thanks for the testing advice. turned out to be +% stance bonus, ID'd it then, and it's a +13% in stance bonus.
