If it is id'ed its fine as long as it doesnt suck and the req has to be 12 or less (not sure if they have 13 req wands like 13 req swords)...

i like the third eye thing, but a tiara of some kind couldnt hurt or a hat (not the pointy things from fairy tales, cooler looking) but for hats...
