Don't bother modding, unless you have the mods already. Anyone that is interested in such an axe will almost definitely be able to afford...
ToA is the best place (from what I can tell) to find decent PvE guilds. There is usually a few groups forming up for UW/FoW trying to fill spots....
I've always been a fan of Zealous or Furious opposed to an element.
