you CAN use mending if you want to, especially when farming. But if you are mainly doing group PVE or PVP, dont bring it.

its not available at ANY skill trader until you unlock it...easiest way to unlock is to make a new ritualist character, play it for about 10...
not on your list, but i have a gothic sword, +5 energy if interested. asking around 80k-100k for it, if interested.
