yes they do. that is a nice collectors item, which explains the item he wants for it. only the bandits by galrath drop them, and the mobs over...

getting to level 20 isnt so bad. but you need to PvE a bit to unlock skills and runes for your PvP character. you can make pVp only characters...

well, im torn. monks are fun, but i really like being able to wade into battle with a warrior. i think i'll go with warrior...
