the reason doesnt matter maybe someone got pissed at me in school and then his entire guild consisting of 50 people are spamming me? in private...

thats right, why limiting the number of people i can ignore to 10??? i want to ignore the entire community in-game ... why should i be limited to...

removing the ability to see one's skills would mean taking off half the observer mode intention... you're supposed to learn from observer...

as the title suggests my idea is - add the ability to see the full skill bar of a target in observer mode and also the ability to see it's...

well the idea is: if u bring a Canthan or Elonian character to Lion's Arch (to Tyria basically) and you want to complete the Prophecies...
