Those items don't drop in Tyria anymore (since the strongbox in Dreadnough's nerf) as well as runes.

I brought my monk from Tyria to Cantha as I'm sure many other thousands users did and you will have no problem completing chap 2 with a char...

Yup current price is from 250 to 500gp depending on how bad the buyer wants them. No point in farming them.

The absorption from the rune applies to all the armor pieces. You need only 1 to get full benefits from it.
