I know if you use flurry you attack faster ... and if you used executioners strike it wouldnt add extra damage. But if you use hamstring would it...

i use a necro / monk and i brg reckless haste so they attack faster (more ss damage) but miss like 45% of the time... i dunno seemed to work for...
