oh ur talking about a rod/wand? max on any rod/wand is +5 energy
yeah offhands have a max of 12 energy... then there are the other offhands with a -1 energy degen but u get +30HP and +27Energy
umm... take Monk for Rez? iono... depends on what u wanna be doing...
the bow can be used for interupting and spreading DoT's... where u don't care about the dmg and need a bow to do it
he doesn't want a -1 energy degen offhand... so... Monk Base = 20 Energy Ascetic Armor Set = 18 Energy Wand/HoD Sword = 5 Energy Offhand w/o...
too bad u customized it... players usually pay up to 200K for one of those bows... heck... i've been offered 300K for mine
