I run at 2560X1600, large interface with an 8800 GTX, so I would think that any blurr issues would become more prominent. I suspect it's down...
My icons look the same here, do those affected only have ATI cards, mines an Nvidia one.

I asked gaile if people would lose titles after hard mode, e.g kobd. This was the reply

Seems a bit mean to take KobD away from people, and make the redo all the missions again to get it back. Personally I would rather the level 2...
I doubt it's a bug as the title is no longer maxed.
