Some guy showed me a 5+ Energy Shield with 6 armor and req 4 tactics and said it he was selling for 1k. Is this just some crappy crafted item or what?

Very interested in 1 or 2, no idea on worth. For 3, I have a very similar one that was PCed at 50k so I'd imagine yours to be slightly higher.
Anyone have an Idea what this costs?
