Keep doing quests, some of them will give you more spells. You can also buy them at Skill Trainers.

Its in Ascalon in post searing, you should find it up a hill.

Its so funny to see people so pathetic that they actually buy things for virtual crap.

Go with the life drains, trust me. If for some reason you don't want to, although I highly recommend you to, then your 2nd best option is hexes.

With my first character I gave her like 15 flowers and a flute but she never gave me anything. My second character I gave her like only 6 flowers...

Once yo uget out of post searing you can't come back right? So you lose your vault and all its items?
