Despite popular belief, + energy armor won't do a whole lot as far as energy is concerned. +7 energy is an extra attack and 1/2 before you run...

If you aren't gonna give the skills you are going to use, don't ask for attributes.

Melee Necros are as a general rule, kinda sub par. If you're looking to just go after warriors/sins, try an illussion Mesmer.
