UA can be used by Monk secondaries too even tho it is a Divine Favor skill. It has DF requirement of 4 or greater or 50% chance of failure but.......

Ppl don't like UA & Vengeance for the simple reason they feel like they're a puppet. I personally think they are great(for PvE).
