I think one of the main reason's they havent implimented alot of things people expect, is because they're waiting to do so in expansions,...

I havent gotten a chance to go out and get the game yet... but i was wondering why they're still letting us play?... they've never gone...

Yes, they're both physical dmg, the difference is (ranged) & (melee), other dmg types would be elemental.

Depends on where you live, and how many games the stores get, but considering they'll be sold at different stores accross usa, i can imagine...
