You have 1/3 chance to get +30 wrapping (which is worth 30-40k) so the staff's only worth 10-15k to someone salvaging for wrapping anyway....

Max modifier is -3 (10%) and it's less coveted than -2 enchanted or -2 stance.

1) Salvage for +5 insightful head (worth 10-20k) or sell for 5-10k 2) Salvage for 4/1 vamp string (worth 5k) or sell for 1-3k

I think the Eternal's worth around 30k, other items go to merchant. Or you can make some noobs happy by handing them out in the early mission...
