Sell for 2-5k. 17% enchantment upgrade is probably worth 5k max if you can even manage to sell it.

Non-perf enchanted, -3 hexed least desired, ugly skin. 40-60k. Compare this to Malinon's Shield which is obtainable for 70-90k.
