ranger's are faster than warriors....and monks are a little faster than warriors...dunno about ele's and necros
also maybe importing your own images onto your cloak/cape? cloaks sound good and if anet does cloaks they should do a hide emote where you cover...
best char was a lvl 20 e/mo 15k armor 1m in bank least 20 of each dye and lots of other items.....
yeah but you couldn't counter the skills and it would give too much power to the person that knows more about skills....
i haven't seen any halloween armors yet.....
yeah....and if you wait they regenerate
